A recognised medical qualification within the 1st or 2nd schedule or part II
of the 3rd schedule (other than that licentiate qualification) to the Indian
medical Council Act 1956 holders of educational qualifications included in
part II or the third schedules should should also fulfil the situation
stipulated in sub section (30 of section (13) of the Indian medical Council
Act. 1956. Completion of compulsory rotating internship.
