Stenos/PAs/Private Secretaries retired from Central/State Govt or its
constituent organisations including Autonomous Bodies/PSUs with proficiency
in taking dictations, handling telephones and office files as well as sound
knowledge of working on Computers OR Persons possessing Graduation Degree
with proficiency in Shorthand and typing on Computers. Knowledge of
computers will be must. Persons from open markethaving done course in Office
Management/Secretarial Practice would be preferred.
