How to Apply : Application fee Rs.
50/- for SC/ ST category and Rs. 150/- for others in the form of Demand Draft
drawn from a nationalized bank in favour of Director, Malabar Cancer Centre
payable at Thalassery should submit along with the print out of Online
application. Candidates should apply online. The last date of submission of
ONLINE application is 5th January 2013 till 5 PM. The envelope containing
application should be super scribed as “Application for the Post of………..” with
Post Name applied. Hard/ Print copy of ONLINE application along with Demand
Draft (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST and Rs.150/- for other categories) as application fee
and Gazetted Officer attested copies of certificates (for proving age,
qualification, experience, community, etc.) should be forwarded to The Director,
Malabar Cancer Centre, Moozhikkara PO, Thalassery, Kerala-670103 without fail so
as to reach on or before 10/01/2013 till 5 pm.
