MEO Class I Certificate of
Competency and Sailing experience * of six months ** at Management level as
within the meaning of STCW Convention in force. (or) A Master`s degree in
related subjects with atleast 55% marks. Desirable- Extra First Class
Engineer Certificate / PGDMOM. Ph.D in related subject. Relevant
publications in refereed journals. Papers presented at conferences.
Teaching/ Research/ Professional experience in relevant organizations.
