| Qualifications |
Masters degree in Marine Biology/
Industrial Fisheries/Biotechnology/Applied fisheries and Aquaculture/
Aquatic biology/ Zoology (specialization fisheries) / Biotechnology
(Molecular taxonomy specialization) or equivalent from any Indian University
Sound knowledge in fishery biology methods, fish taxonomy, fish stock
assessment methods, DNA barcoding/ molecular taxonomy methods essential.
Candidates with previous work experience in the above will be preferred.
Working knowledge/ exposure to Database management softwares, Fish
Stock Assessment tools, PRIMER, Molecular taxonomy tools.
